What’s inside the GoldieBlox Box?

Each GoldieBlox Box includes materials for a fun, creative STEM project with step-by-step instructions and access to exclusive GoldieBlox videos.

What is the age range for the GoldieBlox Box?

GoldieBlox Box is recommended for kids, ages 8-12, to introduce them to the basics of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math).

Do you accept returns? 

Goldieblox box subscriptions purchases are final sales, we cannot offer refunds on orders that have been placed, or for auto renewals that have been processed.

Can I return my box to a local JOANN store? 

Although JOANN and Goldie have partnered together to bring you the GoldieBlox Box, our stores are unable to accept returns on any subscription purchases.

How can I access my account?

You’ll be required to create an account with a password at checkout. Logging into your account allows you to update personal information & credit card details, reorder, and check the status of an order.

How can I update my credit card information?

First, log into your account. Then go to the credit card section and click the EDIT button.


SHIPPING & TRACKING

How long does it take for my GoldieBlox Box to arrive?

Your GoldieBlox Box will arrive 5-8 Business days after your box ships on the 10th of each month.

Can the GoldieBlox Box ship internationally?

At this time, it only ships within the United States.

Which shipping carrier does Goldie use?

We use USPS Priority Mail. 

How can I track my GoldieBlox Box?

Once your GoldieBlox Box has shipped, you’ll receive email notification including a tracking number. Subscribers can track their order at https://www.usps.com

What if my address has changed?

You can change your address at any time, but you must do so before the 4th of the month. Once you have done so the following months box will ship to the correct address. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect shipping location.


CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

How do I cancel my subscription?

There is an option to cancel your subscription when you log in to your account and go to “Subscription details.” Please note that cancelling your subscription does not cancel boxes already purchased. Sorry, we do not offer refunds for boxes already purchased.

When is the last day to cancel my subscription so I am not billed for next month’s box?

The 19th of each month marks the last day to cancel auto renewals. If you cancel after the 19th of the month, your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription duration.  Please note that cancelling your subscription does not cancel out boxes already purchased. Sorry, we do not offer refunds for boxes already purchased.

Why did I receive a box after canceling my subscription?

Cancellation only stops automatic renewals, not the shipping of boxes already ordered. If you purchased a 3 or 6 month subscription and canceled before the prepaid term ended, you will still receive the boxes you paid for. Afterward, your subscription will not auto-renew for a following 1, 3, or 6 month plan.  Sorry, we do not offer refunds for boxes already purchased.

Will I still get this month’s box if I canceled my subscription?

You will receive any boxes already paid for. Cancellation only stops automatic renewals, not the shipping of boxes already ordered.

Can I subscribe to the Goldieblox Box after canceling my subscription in the past?

Of course! Just log in to your account and choose one of our subscription plans. Re-enter your information, and start enjoying the Goldieblox Box again!


BILLING & RENEWAL

When should I expect to be billed?

You will be charged immediately for the subscription model you choose (1, 3, or 6 months). Subscriptions will automatically renew and be charged on the 20th of each monthly plan term.

Will my month-to-month purchase automatically renew?

Unless "this is a gift" is selected on the checkout page, your subscription will automatically renew on the the 20th of the subsequent month. The 19th of each month marks the last day to cancel before your subscription is renewed automatically. Sorry, you cannot be refunded for a subscription you’ve already paid for.

How do renewals work?

When you subscribe, you will be charged immediately for the subscription model you have chosen (1, 3, or 6 months). Once your subscription cycle is coming to an end, it will automatically renew on the the 20th of the month of your last subscription box. The 19th of each month marks the last day to cancel before your subscription is renewed automatically. If you cancel on or after the 20th, you will still be charged for and receive the box for the next month. Sorry, you cannot be refunded for a subscription you’ve already paid for.

Can I skip a month?

At this time, skipping a month is not an option, but you can always work on your box at a later time or re-gift to a kid who loves STEM!
